SafeFreeze was founded in April 2024 as a STARTUP with a vision to transform trust and security in digital transactions. The company initially began its journey as a partnership firm, focusing on research, development, and the successful creation of its core prototype.
Following this milestone, SafeFreeze was formally incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 3rd March 2026, with the appointment of a dedicated Board of Directors to lead its strategic growth and innovation. The company main work to develops a blockchain-enabled escrow and secure transaction platform designed to reduce risk in digital commerce.
It uses smart contract-based conditional fund locking to ensure that payments are released only after predefined terms and obligations are fulfilled. By providing transparency, automation, and tamper-proof recordkeeping, SafeFreeze enhances trust between buyers and sellers and strengths the integrity of online transactions.
After successful registration, SafeFreeze diversified its portfolio and expanded into Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model businesses, like infrastructure and service solutions.
